Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Daily tasks will involve developing HR strategies, implementing HR programs, handling employee grievances, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR strategies, HR programs, and company policies compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disputes effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
