Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Daily tasks will involve developing HR strategies, implementing HR programs, handling employee grievances, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
