Job Description

In your role as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for performing requirement analysis, capturing business requirements, and understanding technical and functional specifications in detail. You will also act as a bridge between software development and business teams, assessing existing products, proposing areas of improvement, and conducting competitive analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with support team members across different teams and IT vendors - Finalizing project scope, software development design, and workflow design with functional and technical teams - Integrating updated specifications into the proposed systems architecture and ensuring compatibility - Coordinating and executing with QA teams for UAT of deliverables, preparing relevant test cases and workflows - Providing periodic updates and executive reporting on project status, High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), etc. - Reviewing development and test deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements - Monitoring the project lifecycle, evaluating stakeholders' reviews, and working on requirements - Reviewing assigned business processes from end to end to address operational, financial, and technological risks - Assisting the technical team in identifying limitations and challenges, resolving issues, and enabling smooth workflow - Demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Possessing good written and verbal communication skills - Showing passion for learning new technologies/tools as required - Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining a strong functional understanding of business processes and systems, bridging the gap between IT and business teams, engaging with stakeholders for consolidating functional requirements, and documenting processes. You will also be required to track, manage, and report on the progress of requirements, record detailed functional requirements, document process flows, and translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Your experience should include a minimum of 12+ years with relevant experience of 10+ years in business requirement mapping, quality analysis, and software development lifecycle. Experience in working on ISO20022 and exposure to cross-border settlement mechanisms are mandatory. Knowledge of API and Microservices, various communication protocols, middleware technologies, SQL statements, and basics of Java is essential.
