Should act to bridge the gap between software development and business teams Assess existing products, propose areas of improvement such as in technical design, functional design, conduct competitive analysis of similar products and segments. Work with support team members across different teams and IT vendors. Work with functional and technical teams to nalize project scope, software development design and work ow design. Integrate the updated speci cations into the proposed systems architecture and ensure compatibility of systems and software designs. Coordinate & execute with QA teams for UAT of deliverables. Prepare relevant test cases and work ow. Provide periodic updates, executive reporting on project status, High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), etc. Review development and test deliverables to ensure the completeness of the requirements including implementation of the same. Monitor the lifecycle of the project and evaluate the stakeholders reviews and work on requirements. Ability to review assigned business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, nancial and technological risks. Assist technical team to identify all the limitations and challenges, resolve issues, enable the system for smooth work ow. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Validation and verification of solution and confirmation. Ability to independently conduct R & D on various payment system designs and options. Efficiently communicate with all stakeholders to manage expectations of project in a time-bounded fashion. Ability to constantly ensure necessary risk assessments, monitor proactively addressed all risks in a timely fashion. Provide proper documentation of risks for specific SOW. Ability to analyze data, prepare good quality presentations and high impact reports for Top Management and various committees. Ownership of technical and non-technical issues and co-ordination with Cross functional teams for resolving issues. Involve in root cause and impact analysis. To ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches and/or service packs in line with system maintenance policies. Experience: Minimum of 12+ Years experience. Relevant experience of 10+ years in Business requirement mapping, quality analysis and software development lifecycle. - Mandatory Experience in working in a fast paced, high expectation 24x365 environment. Experience in Payment Systems specifically in cross border related systems - Mandatory. Experience in banking domain with specific work experience in Payment Systems - Mandatory. Candidate should have hands on work experience in cross border payment systems and settlement systems. - Mandatory. Experience of working on ISO20022 - Mandatory. Exposure to cross border settlement mechanisms - Mandatory. It is desirable that the candidate have experience in software applications like Oracle DB, Basic Java, Apache Tomcat, Windows, any one of the UNIX environments (AIX/RHEL), Basics of Network concepts and Basics of PKI framework is desirable. Experience in MS Project, Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills.
