Job Description

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives focused on the US market.
  • Own team quotas and help team members achieve their individual sales and appointment goals through effective coaching and motivation.
  • Oversee end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment-setting activities.
  • Hire, train, and develop top sales talent to create a high-performing, motivated team culture.

Performance & Process Optimization

  • Set, monitor, and optimize Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the sales team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and execute effective sales campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize conversions.
  • Continuously track, audit, and analyze team performance to identify improvement areas and optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain strong process adherence for CRM usage, lead management, and reporting accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute targeted campaigns and refine strategies based on real-time results.

Customer Engagement & Escalation Management

  • Develop deep product knowledge to confidently handle escalated calls and lead complex client discussions (second voice calls).

What Were Looking For

  • 6+ years of inside sales experience in the US market, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise learning.
  • 6 -10 years of team leadership experience, managing teams of inside sales professionals.
  • Proven expertise in sales campaign planning, funnel management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and strong client-handling abilities.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience using CRMs and analytics tools for sales forecasting.
  • Strong operational and process management mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
