Job Description USMICRO seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the US market. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth Key Responsibilities • • We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional focused on client acquisition in North America. The primary responsibility is to acquire clients for staffing projects, where we will deploy our resources in Time & Material (T&M) mode. • • • • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. o Sales & Revenue Growth: o Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating new accounts and expanding existing ones. o Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability. Market Research & Strategy: o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share. o Collaboration: o Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Required Experience & Skills • Experience: o Minimum 510 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development or related sales roles. o Skills: o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. • Strong understanding of US staffing industry, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements. o o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). o Preferred Attributes • • • Experience working with VMS/MSP clients. Knowledge of IT and Non-IT staffing domains. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
