The Sales Head is responsible for leading the sales function for AJAX concrete products including Concrete Mixers, Batching Plants, Boom Pumps, SLCMs, and related construction equipment. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships across the region.
Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for all AJAX concrete products.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Achieve targeted sales volumes, profitability, and market share.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and field visits with team members. Ensure team compliance with company policies, pricing, and discount structures.
Ensure profitability, stock planning, branding standards.
Identify and acquire major customers: infrastructure companies, contractors, RMC plants, government projects, rental companies, etc.
Monthly MIS reporting, forecasting, and sales analysis.
Coordination with Service, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution. Ensure timely collections, credit control, and compliance with company financial policies.
To interact with AJAX Sr. Officials / HODs / Line Managers / Staff on a day-today basis and keep phase of the Sales in line with Business plan.
