Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by promoting advanced medical technology solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiology departments, and healthcare networks. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, relationshipbuilding, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, target, and acquire new hospital and diagnostic centre clients across assigned territories.
• Promote MRI Patient Relaxation Line, InBore MRI Cinema, RF Cage, and NeuroImaging products through presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build a strong pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market intelligence.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain longterm relationships with radiologists, biomedical engineers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Product Expertise & Demonstration

• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate technical features and clinical benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and solutionbased consultations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for installation planning and postsales support.

Market Insights & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the medical imaging and patientexperience domain.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.
