Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and procedures, along with proper handling and storage of materials, will be a key aspect of your daily tasks. Collaboration with the quality control team is essential to conduct regular testing of concrete mixes for strength, consistency, and quality compliance. You will also work closely with logistics personnel to schedule timely concrete deliveries to construction sites. Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions promptly to minimize disruptions will be part of your responsibilities. Training and supervising plant staff to guarantee safe and efficient equipment operation is another crucial aspect of this role. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the plant area and storage facilities is necessary for a smooth workflow. Your educational background should include a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, and you should have 3 to 7 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry, preferably in an RMC plant environment. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
