AVP - Inside Sales

You’ll be the powerhouse behind our sales engine:

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Inside Sales organization (team leads + sales reps).
• Own revenue outcomes by turning quotas into wins across the department.
• Run WBRs and QBRs like a pro—analyzing the funnel, identifying gaps, and unlocking new growth opportunities.
• Hire, coach, and scale teams to deliver consistent appointment generation and sales conversions.
• Build smart campaigns and use data to sharpen performance, boost pipeline, and close bigger deals.
• Step in on key calls and escalations—showing reps how to win with confidence.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company growth plans.
• Monitor, optimize, and innovate processes to keep the sales engine running at peak performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of US Inside Sales experience, with 6+ years leading large teams (15+ senior reps + leads).
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in EdTech/Training, SaaS, Cloud solutions, or top BPOs preferred.
• Strong command of sales analytics, pipeline management, and campaign strategy.
• Excellent communicator, motivator, and problem solver with a “win-at-all-costs” mindset.
• Someone who loves building, scaling, and celebrating sales success.
