Job Summary : We are looking for a high-performing, Self-Driven (highly motivated) Sales person to help us in meet our Business, revenue and growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This position is expected to generate business by supporting customers using sales and marketing tools for Marking and Coding equipment. Job Responsibilities : · Front line sales profile. · Candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned territory. · Responsible for Sales of Marking and Coding Equipment. · Meet and exceed monthly Sales Rev. and Qty targets. · Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. · Knowledge of Account based sales / business development. · Understands and works on KGK’s Corporate Philosophy; Principles, Purpose, Policy, Strategy, Tactics and Resources. · Responsible for Collection of Payments from customers as per Payment Terms. · Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. · Responsible for smooth Execution of orders in co-ordination with our Internal Team. · Responsible for Business Development and necessary initiatives for the growth of the business. · Business Development with technical spec in activities. · Reporting as necessary every week. · Building strong, long-term customer relationships, based on value and ethics. · Achieve Annual Sales Targets, Amount Receivables. · Develop strategic account planning activities, to open new accounts in the territory assigned, while maintaining and building the existing customer base. · Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. · Understands to look with an entrepreneur mindset on all commercial traits. · Safety, Quality and Integrity to be followed. Requirements: · Ability to work well independently. · Ability to prioritize workload, goals and tasks consistent with the department and corporate objectives. · Ability to multi-task, completing concurrent projects within given time frames and balancing interruptions and change requests. Takes initiative to establish new processes and methods to support a variety of coordination activities. · Decision-making and coordination with other departments- To solve technical issues, and interact with key partners for problem-solving · Analytical skills and communication skills- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide solutions Desired Background and Experience: · +5 years of field sales experience selling industrial products / capital goods.
