As an Assistant Sales Manager/Assistant Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving solar sales in the assigned regions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while promoting solar energy solutions. To excel in this role, prior experience in solar sales is essential, along with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned regions. - Identifying and engaging potential customers for solar energy solutions. - Generating leads through market research, cold calling, and networking. - Building a pipeline of prospective clients and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. - Addressing customer queries and providing solutions to meet their energy needs. - Staying updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. - Providing insights and suggestions for business growth based on market analysis. - Preparing and presenting customized proposals to clients. - Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solar projects. - Maintaining records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Submitting regular sales reports to the management. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2 years of experience in solar sales preferred. - 4 years of experience in industrial sales preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
