Job Description

Con Air is looking for Asst. Manager - Parking System to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Supervise daily operations of parking facilities, including entry/exit flow, ticketing, and payment systems.
Ensure proper functioning of automated parking systems, equipment, and software. Monitor and manage parking staff schedules, duties, and performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Prepare and maintain reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and facility management for timely servicing of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Assist in implementing technology-driven solutions to improve parking efficiency. Train staff on customer service and parking system operations. Support senior management in budgeting, audits, and performance reviews.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. Mech / Diploma Mech.

Experience

- 7 to 10 Years in Design only

Knowledge

- CATIA, Solid Edge 3, Auto-Cad, Layout BOM, Structure, Mfg. Drawing required
