Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and workforce for IR-related matters.
Handle contractor management, including verification of compliance, deployment, and dispute resolution.
Address and resolve employee/contractor grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Manage inquiries related to IR, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Assist in negotiations, dispute handling, disciplinary procedures, and labor hearings when required.
Maintain positive relations with employees, contract workers, and unions (if applicable) to ensure workplace harmony.
Liaise with government authorities such as Labour Commissioner, Factory Inspector, and Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Draft and implement HR & IR policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, statutory registers, and reports.
Coordinate during factory inspections, labor audits, and legal hearings.

Talent Management & Engagement

Support local hiring initiatives to strengthen workforce availability.
Collaborate with management on manpower planning and skill development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote retention, motivation, and productivity.
