Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst Beverage & Bar Manager to join our team at ICONIQA, with 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily beverage and bar operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize sales.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in beverage and bar management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
