Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President, based in New Delhi. The Associate Vice President will oversee and manage key financial market operations, develop and execute strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Other responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to organizational growth through innovative financial solutions and efficient portfolio management. Collaboration with senior management to achieve business targets will also be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to oversee large teams and deliver exceptional results.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services, including equities, commodities, portfolio management, and currency or derivative markets.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and identifying market opportunities.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices in the financial industry.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
• Prior experience in leadership roles within the financial industry is highly desirable.
