Experience – 4+ Years Delhi View All Openings Job Responsibility: Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to spearhead strategic partnerships with the banks. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering high-value alliances, and delivering on financial objectives to drive sustainable growth. Develop and execute innovative sales and partnership strategies in business development. Ability to do new bank Alliances. Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities. Manage the vertical’s P&L in alignment with organizational objectives and profitability as per the strategic plan. Build and maintain strong executive relationships within partner banks to unlock new business opportunities. The person would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions Core Requirements:- Leadership skills are a must. Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis Excellent communication (oral & written), Strong business acumen and industry expertise. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong consultative approach.
