Associate Vice President

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a member of the team, your primary role will be to engage with Interface teams to secure their commitment for various projects. You will collaborate closely with squad leads to ensure the achievement of key milestones, deliverables, and tracking to guarantee the success of overall project delivery. Effective communication with System Development/Technology teams will be crucial to establish appropriate solutions that meet business requirements. Additionally, you will provide support to the testing team as needed to ensure product quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy:** - Coordinate with the leadership team and interfaces to define data quality solutions. - Partner with the business team to evaluate new ideas or initiatives initiated by the technology or business team. - **Business:** - Manage digitization and automation programs aimed at improving client experience. - Collaborate and work with architects, solution engineers, and the product team to facilitate prospecting. - **Processes:** - Ensure business delivery aligns with SCB defined technology and project management processes & frameworks. - Manage solutions delivery within specified timelines. - Ensure compliance with audit engagement/management processes. - Maintain traceability lists for each requirement and solution. - **Risk Management:** - Demonstrate advanced risk management skills for the delivery of large/medium initiatives. - **Governance:** - Ensure business delivery aligns with SCB defined technology and project management processes & frameworks. - Manage solutions delivery within timelines. - Ensure compliance with audit engagement/management processes. - Maintain traceability lists for each requirement and solution. - **Regulatory & Business Conduct:** - Uphold exemplary conduct and adhere to the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for upholding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct. - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively. **Qualifications:** - BE/MCA/MBA **Skills and Experience:** - Proficiency in Agile practices. - Experience with AI tools. **About Standard Chartered:** *Omitting any additional details of the company as it is not present in the Job Description.*,
