About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and growth-driven Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead our Ad Operations and Client Growth function. This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving measurable business outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. 

You will oversee campaign performance, growth and retention of key accounts, and collaborate with leadership, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional results. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Ad Operations Leadership


  • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across platforms. 
  • Build and implement scalable ad ops processes, QA systems, and performance benchmarks. 
  • Ensure campaign delivery meets performance KPIs and quality standards. 
  • Mentor and upskill the ad operations team on tools, analytics, and best practices. 


2. Client Growth & Retention


  • Own client growth targets and ensure long-term revenue expansion. 
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across media, automation, analytics, and creative. 
  • Build strong client relationships through strategic guidance, business reviews, and proactive performance insights. 
  • Monitor client health metrics and implement retention strategies. 


3. Strategic Initiatives & Leadership Collaboration


  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to define and execute growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap, share client feedback, and pilot new solutions. 
  • Partner with creative teams to develop integrated campaigns and value-driven propositions for clients. 
  • Drive internal projects such as process automation, new service development, or workflow optimization. 


4. Data, Reporting & Insights


  • Ensure data accuracy and actionable reporting for all accounts. 
  • Present performance dashboards and insights to internal leadership and key clients. 
  • Use analytics to identify trends, forecast growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. 

 

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ad operations. 
  • Minimum 2 years working directly with leadership teams or in a management/mentorship role. 
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and automation tools. 
  • Demonstrated ability to scale accounts, drive retention, and manage multi-million-rupee portfolios. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or driving strategic initiatives. 
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making capability.
