Associate Team Lead- Non-Commodity Contract Admin:
The overall responsibility of the Contract Admin Associate Team Lead will be adherence to Process Design of Contract Admin, drafting Contracts, Improve and update Contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, entry of contracts into the system, pricing & amendments, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Knowledge & Technical Competencies:
  • Domain knowledge of Procurement & Contract Admin Processes.
  • Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of non-commodity contracts
  • Experienced in DocuSign, CLM, SAP and Legal Process (contracting) knowledge/ understanding.
  • Computer proficiency and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).


Other Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities associated with contracts.
  • Time management skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage day-to-day contract-related activities. Knowledge of any other foreign languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and procurement.
  • Decision making based on industry trends, and company policies.
  • Attention to detail to review and analyze contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Expectations & Accountabilities:
1. Ensure all KPIs are met on a regular basis.
2. In-put of purchase contracts and relevant amendments in SAP.
3. Issuance of Master Service agreement in alignment with Procurement & Legal.
4. Monitor the status of the activities and report issues to Team Lead for timely resolution.
5. Ensure timely document filing and retention, in accordance with Company’s policies and procedural
requirements.
6 Effective communication on all day-to-day operational related activities with various stakeholders.
  • Adapt and quickly get hands on to the new introduced applications and process and in turn train the team to learn and adapt for achieving better result and desired outcome. (DocuSign, CLM, SAP etc.)
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent on time.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output.

  • Flexibility to work in different time- zones to collaborate with regional leads covering all geographies of Bunge.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Drive and ensure successful implementation of internal projects.
  • Lead User Accessibility Testing (UAT).
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Work in coherence to achieve self and team goals.

Experience & Educational Background:
  • Prior experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
