About the Role:

Associate Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) or backend frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Internship or project experience in software/application development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Basic knowledge of APIs, microservices, or DevOps tools.
