Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients in the designated region (Gurgaon and surrounding areas).
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Client Management:

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client retention and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improving sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports to management.
  • Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,Sales or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing and growing a client portfolio.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
