As a Corporate Sales Executive at Policy Bazaar For Business in Gurgaon, Sector 44, you will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients. Working alongside the sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to the company's growth by achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and enhancing market position. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential corporate clients in Gurgaon and surrounding areas, nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts. Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure will be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings. Maintaining regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and resolve concerns promptly will be key to fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, conducting market research to identify trends, analyzing competitor activities, and providing recommendations for improving sales strategies will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to track sales performance, meet sales targets, and contribute to sales forecasting and strategy development. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and have 2-5 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential, along with the ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude is crucial for success.
