Roles and Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Divide your work between
50% in-office activities
(calling leads, CRM updates, follow-ups) and
50% field visits
(meeting customers face-to-face).
Visit clients across Bangalore to explain insurance plans and convert leads into successful sales.
Work only on company-provided leads
no cold calling or lead hunting required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Accurately record client interactions, sales updates, and meeting outcomes.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.
Provide exceptional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow compliance procedures and adhere to company policies.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
