Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Associate Sales Consultant. The responsibilities include providing product consultations, assisting customers in choosing suitable insurance plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales objectives. The Associate Sales Consultant will engage with potential clients, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide customers effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service for delivering outstanding support.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products while being detail-oriented.
• Background in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
