Having raised institutional capital from marquee VCs like Fireside Ventures, Kae Capital, Whiteboard Capital, Traya has more than 2.5L+ customers, with a 93% success rate and 30% MoM growth over the past year.


Brand Vision & Philosophy:


Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.Traya web and app are at the heart of user acquisition and retention. These platforms enable the user to get their hair loss diagnosed, purchase the hair care kit, get hair coach support, access features that help them remain consistent with their routine, and achieve great hair.


Role Overview:


The product management team at Traya is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Associate Product Manager to drive the consumer-facing web and app products.

A successful Product Manager must have exceptional user insighting and research background, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.


This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Mumbai office.


Key job responsibilities:


  • Drive end-to-end product management for new and existing features on consumer products.
  • Partner with Business, Design, and Engineering to improve the user experience and optimize product funnels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams through metrics, meetings, processes, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders
  • Analyze large datasets to identify and present trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and track key product metrics
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team


A day in life:

  • Collaborate with product, business, design, data, engineering, and support to discover, ideate, and define product requirements from a business goal
  • Partner with design, engineering, and QA to deliver product requirements
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze data sets independently, and provide explanations when anomalies occur
  • Design and coordinate data-driven A/B experiments to drive conversion metrics
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly product performance updates for stakeholders

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
  • 2+ years of overall product experience
  • Experience owning/driving product features and end-to-end product delivery
  • Product funnel and behavior analysis and user insighting and research
  • Experience with product/data analysis tools such as MoEngage, Superset, Looker, Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities with experience using qualitative and quantitative skills

    to

    discover product opportunities


Preferred qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT, etc.)
  • Prior experience managing products and features in a B2C consumer product company
  • Experience in influencing key stakeholders through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in product, business, data, design, and engineering
  • Experience building business cases for products and features, and analyzing performance
  • Technical understanding of what goes behind a product
