As the primary point of contact for our key customer, your role will involve ensuring their needs are met while also aligning with our business objectives. You will take ownership of the existing product deliveries and provide seamless support to the customer. Defining and executing the product roadmap will be crucial, driven by customer requirements, market trends, and the company's vision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing will be essential to deliver high-quality products. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience will be a key responsibility. Effective communication with stakeholders, regular updates on product progress, and proactive addressing of concerns will be part of your daily tasks. Managing the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals will be a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
