Position Summary:

Silverpush is looking for a highly analytical and proactive Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive innovation in our AI and ML-powered product suite. The APM will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing solutions and develop new AI-driven products. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an understanding of AI/ML applications in the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem.

What You Will Do

● Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to build AI-powered advertising, analytics and optimization tools.

● Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and AI advancements.

● Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and drive innovation.

● Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate complex ML models into actionable insights for the system.

● Support the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

● Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify areas of improvement.

● Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product positioning.

● Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.

● Maintain and refine JIRA-based product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

Who are we looking for?

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field

● A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media or adtech industry

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. ● Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.

● Ability to work with engineers and data scientists to bridge technical and business needs.

● Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges. ● Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

● Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
