GraduateQualification15 July, 2025Job Posted OnWe are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our business software applications. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical know-how, and can translate complex customer needs into clear product solutions.

Responsibilities

Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across multiple products, from strategic planning to successful delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver high-impact features.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize product backlog items based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.
Track product performance metrics and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.

Skills

3–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or business applications. Experience in Distribution Management System & Front-line Sales team Apps is added advantage.
Strong understanding of business software (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, workflow automation).
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field with MBA.
