Exploring the role
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy, and execution-driven individual to join us as Chief of Staff/Associate Partner – Business Analysis. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep problem-solving, data-driven thinking, and strong cross-functional coordination. As a key partner to leadership, you’ll work across teams to drive clarity, ensure alignment, and help scale business impact through insight and execution.How your day will look like/Job responsibility
- Perform deep-dive analysis on critical business challenges to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct TAM analysis, market mapping, and opportunity assessment to uncover growth areas.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and improve business outcomes.
- Create business reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership decision-making.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, cross-team alignment, and project tracking.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows; recommend and implement scalable process improvements.
- Ability to research, test and help adopt AI-powered tools to streamline internal processes as well as create value for our enterprise/midmarket clients.
- Assist in preparing communication and documentation for board meetings, strategic reviews, and external stakeholders.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical background is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
Knowledge
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals, analytics, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with market research, TAM sizing, and competitive landscaping.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or high-growth companies is a strong plus.
