About the Role:


What you will be doing:


  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential candidates. Foster relationships with candidates to create a positive impression of the company and encourage future interest in opportunities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipeline, and market insights to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content, participating in industry events, and promoting the company as an employer of choice. Represent the company positively in external forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze recruitment metrics, presenting insights to enhance decision-making and optimize processes. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process. Gather candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding materials and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually improve skills and knowledge.
