Job Purpose: The Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition is accountable for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the strategic acquisition of talent that aligns with the organizations objectives. This role leverages SAP SuccessFactors and other advanced tools to optimize recruitment processes, collaborates closely with hiring managers to define staffing requirements, and ensures adherence to recruitment policies and best practices. Additionally, the position plays a key role in process improvement, onboarding support, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Role & responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive recruitment plans to align with organizational goals, ensuring the recruitment of top talent for various departments. Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and other recruitment tools to source, manage, and track candidate pipelines effectively. Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of staffing needs and translate these into targeted recruitment strategies. Proactively source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies, to attract top talent. Actively manage candidate relationships and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Engage with candidates regularly to keep them informed of their application status and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Manage the candidate selection process using SAP SuccessFactors , ensuring the coordination of interview schedules, candidate feedback, and final selection. Implement a structured and unbiased interview process, utilizing best practices to ensure the identification of the most suitable candidates. Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks, such as background verification clearance and pre-employment medical check-ups, are completed accurately and on time. Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, advising on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent market insights. Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive, professional, and transparent hiring experience. Support hiring managers in the development of job descriptions, interview frameworks, and offer negotiations. Process Optimization and Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-to-hire) to identify areas of improvement. Leverage recruitment data and trends to optimize sourcing strategies and improve efficiency in the hiring process. Provide regular recruitment status reports to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment strategy. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure full compliance with local and international labour laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records in SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant HR systems, ensuring adherence to company standards and legal requirements. Ensure all hiring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational guidelines. On-boarding Facilitation: Facilitate a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires, ensuring all necessary resources, training, and documents are provided. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure new employees are introduced to the company culture, policies, and tools. Monitor and improve the on-boarding process based on feedback from new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Preferred candidate profile: MBA in HR with 6-8 years in talent acquisition function preferably in retail environment Working knowledge of Recruitment Module of SAP Successfactors is mandatory Excellent Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
