Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager-Talent Acquisition at our Human Resources department in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth implementation of all recruitment processes and systems to facilitate hiring at the bank. You will drive the talent acquisition channel strategy, focusing on low-cost hiring channels and lowering the average cost per hire. Your role will involve delivering end-to-end recruitment services within aggressive timelines, building a talent pipeline, and achieving hiring targets for the line of business (LOB) at optimal price points. It is crucial to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TAT) while participating in channel strategy for talent acquisition and leveraging social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates. Your efforts will also be directed towards establishing a brand value to attract a talented pool from the market, prioritizing recruitment needs based on business criticality, and effectively communicating progress on job vacancies to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth implementation of recruitment processes and systems for hiring efficiency. - Drive talent acquisition channel strategy with a focus on low-cost hiring channels and reducing average cost per hire. - Provide end-to-end recruitment services within aggressive timelines and build a talent pipeline for the business. - Meet defined SLAs and TAT for recruitment activities. - Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates. - Establish a brand value to attract a talent pool from the market. - Prioritize recruitment needs based on business criticality. - Communicate progress on job vacancies regularly and offer advice on action plans to close positions within SLAs. - Manage recruitment budgets and resourcing costs effectively. - Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, joining ratio, internal job posting (IJP) movement, cost per hire, and infant attrition. - Derive insights from candidate feedback to improve processes with the support of line and HR leaders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines. - Proficiency in utilizing social and professional networking sites for candidate sourcing. - Experience in managing recruitment budgets and key recruitment metrics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
