Job Description

Role: Recruitment for Corporate Clients by sourcing suitable profiles and handle end to end process.

 

Jor Responsibilities:

  • Analyze organizational goals and determine hiring needs.
  • Conducted initial screening of CVs, shortlist applicants, and track candidate progress.
  • Managed recruitment process for professionals throughout India, ranging from Junior to Senior-level roles.
  • Develop and execut recruitment strategies to fill positions across various disciplines
  • Utilize recruitment platforms and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Enhanced candidate experience by streamlining the interview process and providing timely feedback.
  • Support the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Desirable:

  • Experience in handling end to end recruitment activities.
  • Ability to independently interact with clients / HR.
  • Good Communication skills and tech savvy.
