Job Description

Cross Functional Projects

Job Purpose:

Track CEO initiatives and follow-up with various departments to ensure action plans are implemented and business objectives are achieved.
Preparation of pre-read and materials for CEO for review meetings and meetings with Senior Management.
To assist CEO with research reports on best industry practices and update day-to-day operational activities.

Role & responsibilities:

Special projects / initiatives

Work on identified initiatives based on CEOs requirements; follow-up with all the stakeholders, monitor and ensure timely closure of the same.

Pre-read and Research Reports

Preparation of pre-read material and provide status updates to CEO prior to review meetings with Senior Management and all internal departments.
Analyze and present research reports to CEO on best industry practices and latest updates on Duty Free industry.

Approval process

Manage a diverse range of business matters submitted for CEOs consideration or approval and determine necessary priorities

Daily operational updates

To update CEO with daily operations report on Regional Duty Free business

Senior Management Review Meetings

To do follow-up work of Senior Management Review meetings and ensure closure of all points pertaining to CEOs deliverables

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate (Science/Engineering) having 4 to 6 years of relevant experience as a part of CXOs office.
Should be well versed with E-mail Management and MS office applications.
