Associate Manager - Operations

Role Overview:

The Team Lead Operations will be responsible for overseeing fuel supply chain

operations for mobile towers, improving cost efficiencies, ensuring 99%+ OTD (On-Time-

Delivery) compliance, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize

performance. The candidate will work closely with, area operations teams, and senior

leadership to ensure smooth execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Performance & Strategy Execution

● Monitor and manage daily fuel deliveries for mobile tower sites, ensuring 99%

OTIF compliance.

● Track, analyze, and improve fuel consumption, vendor performance, and site-

wise efficiency.

2. Cost Optimization & Profitability Improvement

● Identify high-cost vendors and negotiate better contracts to improve profit margins.

● Implement process automation and digital transformation to reduce manual

intervention and inefficiencies.

3. Data Analytics ERP Process Enhancement

● Work on ERP migration and implementation, ensuring 100% order closure and

minimal operational leakage.

● Enhance reporting dashboards to provide real-time performance insights to the

leadership team.

4. Compliance, Vendor Management & Audits

● Ensure regulatory compliance and operational adherence to company policies.

● Conduct vendor performance audits, tracking SLAs and ensuring accountability.

5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

● Collaborate with Operations Teams to ensure seamless fuel delivery execution.

● Act as a bridge between ground teams, vendors, and senior management,

ensuring smooth communication and execution.

● Train and guide junior team members on data-driven decision-making and process

automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
