Job Description

Client Servicing & Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, win-win relationships with clients by being dependable and proactive
  • Act as a communication bridge between Indegene and clients; participate in meetings and status calls
  • Anticipate execution challenges and manage client expectations through proactive communication
  • Build networks within client organizations to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Lead weekly review meetings and work closely with the sales team to drive account growth
  • Develop stakeholder relationships to enhance client engagement and brand visibility
  • Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Adapt communication styles and presentations based on audience and context
  • Resolve stakeholder conflicts constructively to keep projects aligned with goals

Operations Management:

  • Manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Define project scopes, estimate resources, and oversee projects from initiation to closure
  • Understand the financial implications of operational decisions; manage budgeting and reporting
  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions and winning project strategies

People Management & Team Development:

  • Encourage employee growth through a supportive and learning-centric environment
  • Manage and mentor large teams, offering constructive and developmental feedback
  • Help team members identify and work towards professional goals
  • Ensure timely and specific feedback to foster continuous improvement

Problem Solving & Business Acumen (Good to Have):

  • Approach problems from multiple angles and implement well-evaluated solutions
  • Identify key financial levers for business growth and improved productivity
  • Stay updated on client trends and evolving needs to uncover new opportunities

Must Have:

  • MBA qualification preferred
  • 610 years of experience in project management and at least 5 years in a client-facing role
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing large teams and projects
  • Proficient in financial concepts and reporting
  • Background in Life Sciences or Pharma is

    mandatory

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and take initiative
  • Passion for market research and identifying new business avenues
