▪ Drive Continuous Improvement using CI/Lean/TPM methodologies▪ Perform routine loss analysis & eliminate non-value-added activities▪ Lead RCA for equipment failures & reduce downtime▪ Maintain integrity of OEE metrics and performance reporting▪ Conduct audits and enhance daily management systems▪ Support regulatory compliance (GMP & Schedule M)▪ Track and maintain OEE performance database and improvement reports
