Associate Manager - Operations

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager of Operational Excellence in the pharmaceutical industry located in Jejuri, Pune, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement using CI/Lean/TPM methodologies. Your role will involve performing routine loss analysis to eliminate non-value-added activities, leading RCA for equipment failures to reduce downtime, and maintaining the integrity of OEE metrics and performance reporting. You will also be required to conduct audits, enhance daily management systems, support regulatory compliance, and track and maintain OEE performance database and improvement reports. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Continuous Improvement using CI/Lean/TPM methodologies - Perform routine loss analysis & eliminate non-value-added activities - Lead RCA for equipment failures & reduce downtime - Maintain integrity of OEE metrics and performance reporting - Conduct audits and enhance daily management systems - Support regulatory compliance (GMP & Schedule M) - Track and maintain OEE performance database and improvement reports Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence or Manufacturing Excellence - Proficiency in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and TPM methodologies - Strong background in equipment performance improvement & maintenance strategies - BE in an engineering background or any engineering discipline Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in-person.,
