Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Student Experience & Operations

• Track and support student journeys to ensure seamless program delivery and engagement.
• Coordinate with mentors and academic teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain quality.

Marketing & Outreach

• Oversee social media campaigns, content strategy, and brand positioning to boost global visibility.
• Create engaging marketing materials using tools like Canva and manage digital performance metrics.

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educators, and academic institutions.
• Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities to expand Lets Unbound’s global network.

Strategic Growth & Special Projects

• Work directly with founders on business expansion, process optimization, and new service initiatives.
• Conduct market research and present data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Admissions Knowledge:

  Familiarity with IB/ICSE/CBSE systems and a basic understanding of international university admissions.

• Operational & Communication Skills:

  Strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Experience with Canva, Excel, and MS Office Suite; comfort with digital tools and analytics.

• Adaptability & Initiative:

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independently across multiple time zones.
• Global exposure (academic or professional) is a plus.
