Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily workflows and ensure a smooth experience for both students and mentors. This role involves scheduling demo sessions, managing relationship management (RM) activities, and facilitating the onboarding process for new mentors. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between students and mentors. Assist with Relationship Management (RM) tasks, including communication follow-ups and status tracking. Onboard new mentors by setting up Classcard accounts and walking them through its functionalities. Explain the Mentor Journal system and ensure mentors are equipped to use it effectively. Maintain internal trackers and ensure data accuracy across operational tools. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely support and resolution of mentor/student concerns. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or coordination roles (edtech experience is a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills. Draft, edit, and refine application essays, personal statements, and supplementary essays for multiple universities. Maintain the student’s authentic voice while enhancing clarity, structure, and impact. Tailor writing style and content to align with the culture, values, and tone of each target university. Suggest storylines, anecdotes, and thematic approaches that highlight the student’s achievements and personality. Ensure all writing meets word limits, formatting guidelines, and deadlines. Keep updated on changing essay trends, prompts, and expectations for various regions (US, UK, Canada, etc.).
