Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Tele caller. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our courses, and addressing any questions or concerns. Additionally, the Tele caller will assist with enrolling students in courses, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing feedback to the management team to help improve services and strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or tele-calling
• Ability to effectively explain and promote services
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
