Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller based in Karol Bagh with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the services offered by Growth Sutra Digital Marketing, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining a detailed record of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses, as well as meeting daily and monthly calling targets. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and stay motivated Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred Proficiency in Hindi and English, additional languages are an advantage Ability to work independently and meet targets High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus
