Role Overview:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between students and mentors.
• Assist with Relationship Management (RM) tasks, including communication follow-ups and status tracking.
• Onboard new mentors by setting up Classcard accounts and walking them through its functionalities.
• Explain the Mentor Journal system and ensure mentors are equipped to use it effectively.
• Maintain internal trackers and ensure data accuracy across operational tools.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely support and resolution of mentor/student concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or coordination roles (edtech experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Classcard, and internal CRMs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Timings: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm and 6:00 am to 8:30 am
