About Let's Unbound:

At Let’s Unbound, we empower students to become creators and changemakers through mentorship and personalized guidance. Our operations team ensures a seamless experience for students, mentors, and stakeholders at every stage.

Role Overview:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between students and mentors.
Assist with Relationship Management (RM) tasks, including communication follow-ups and status tracking.
Onboard new mentors by setting up Classcard accounts and walking them through its functionalities.
Explain the Mentor Journal system and ensure mentors are equipped to use it effectively.
Maintain internal trackers and ensure data accuracy across operational tools.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely support and resolution of mentor/student concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or coordination roles (edtech experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Classcard, and internal CRMs.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Timings: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm and 6:00 am to 8:30 am
