Role Overview

The Profile Building Mentor helps students strategically develop strong academic, extracurricular, and leadership portfolios aligned with competitive university admissions and career goals. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, structuring engagement plans, and guiding students in executing impactful activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations to create a customised profile development plan.
• Identify and recommend relevant extracurricular activities, competitions, and skill-building opportunities.
• Guide students in initiating and executing personal projects, leadership roles, and community initiatives.
• Help students document their achievements for resumes, portfolios, and applications.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of planned profile milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
• Proven experience in student mentoring, extracurricular planning, or admissions guidance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of global admissions expectations
