With over 400 qualified engineers across 72 locations in 19 Indian states, GREEC is committed to driving sustainability in infrastructure. Founded by Dr. Amit Kumar Dass, GREEC focuses on providing multidisciplinary consulting for MSMEs, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. Our key services include property engineering and valuation, green building and sustainability, decarbonization and energy audits, and carbon accounting and compliance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate located in Balaghat. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with property valuations, conducting energy efficiency audits, and supporting sustainability consultations. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, data analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with green building and decarbonization standards. The role also involves client interactions, providing recommendations, and supporting strategic initiatives in the realm of net-zero strategies and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

Expertise in Property Valuation, Market Research, and Risk Assessment
Experience with Energy Efficiency Audits, Energy Modeling, and Net-Zero Design
Knowledge in Decarbonization, GHG Emission Analysis, and ESG/BRSR Reporting
Proficiency in Carbon Accounting, ISO 14064 Compliance, and Mitigation Planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Balaghat
Experience in green building certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
