Job Summary The primary purpose of this role is to drive higher activation of clients on wealth management products, as measured through growth in relevant KPIs. The role is accountable for WM performance through growth in wealth active clients, wealth client deepening metrics, wealth penetration in segments, customer satisfaction in wealth. Business Drive incremental growth in Wealth Active Clients, Wealth Deepening (Wealth Needs Met per client), New to Wealth, Penetration in segments, wealth activation in new to bank clients, wealth management cross-sell, growth in digitally active wealth clients Deliver and drive compelling proof points, tools and standards that promote the wealth proposition and capabilities, digital solutions and product enhancements to our clients Lead, engage and implement internal campaigns for sales staff to drive awareness and growth in the KPIs. Partner with segment and channel teams, analytics, and marketing to publish actionable insights through MIs, sales education programmes and opportunity identification. Undertake reviews and calls with stakeholders to course-correct, propose and implement strategies for growth Drive robust adoption of our advisory process and tools with frontline teams and segments to achieve a consistent and standardised wealth management experience Work with marketing on strategic and tactical client campaigns to drive WM cross-sell, deepening and digital penetration. Drive adoption and usage of new product / process / platform launches through targeted communication plans and frontline interventions Participate in and drive client and frontline engagement activities for WM: Webinars, Events, Town halls, Big-Calls and Rewards / Recognition Programmes, Contests, Tactical Incentives, Training Programmes Perform customer and performance analysis to gain in-depth understanding of purchase behaviour and preferences, levers of growth and depth of wealth management relationships Initiate and manage the use of market and client insights and competitor benchmarking to drive the development of our wealth management proposition and strategy Set and monitor market positioning and brand recognition benchmarks vs competition Obtain and use diagnostics insights from NPS studies and regular frontline feedback to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement on wealth client experience Use analytics and data mining to uncover untapped opportunities Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
