In this role, you will help our organization for planning and achieve marketing goals and sales targets for our products on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends and driving initiatives to support the plan.
What You Will Do
- Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
- Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for all products in the vaccines franchise to provide a scientific, medical and commercial basis.
- Project Management Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growths
- Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
- Build business cases and ensure approval of identified opportunities with new product launch.
- Conduct ongoing business and financial review of business development opportunities.
- Identify and develop list of external opportunities and analyze potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities.
- Optimize cross-functional support needed to ensure effective communication and implementation of BD objectives.
- Responsible for alliance management with strategic partner to achieve business goals.
- Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
- CFT collaboration to build and drive HCP advocacy strategy
- Responsible for portfolio P&L
What You Must Have
To be successful in this role, you will have strong marketing skills as well as business capabilities
- At least 10-12 years of experience in sales & marketing, consumer marketing, OTC, digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience will be desired
- Ability to mentor/support local teams in brand and customer marketing
- Analytical skills - ability to synthesize data/insights from local markets into recommendation/input to global brand strategy
- Financial management (e.g., brand budget, sales forecasts, etc.)
- Business acumen (e.g., knowledgeable in policies, practices, trends, technology)
- Influencing/persuasive skills (e.g., ability to put together strong business cases)
