Role Summary And Impact
As part of the
Global Operations Centre (GOC)
, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director Cross channel who will do:
- Client & Channel Leadership Act as the lead and primary point of contact for key digital marketing channels—including Search, Social, Programmatic Buying Units (PBU), Ad Operations, or Commerce (all or couple of them). Represent the Global Operations Center (GOC) in all channels wise agency/market interactions, ensuring expectations are managed and consistently met. Serve as the custodian of activation excellence for assigned channels, driving trust and accountability across global stakeholders.
- Campaign Activation & Performance Oversight Oversee the activation, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels and designated markets. Ensure flawless execution that aligns with broader media strategies and brand objectives. Work in close partnership with local and regional teams to maintain consistency, enhance performance, and deliver measurable impact through detailed reporting and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership Build and maintain strong relationships with internal market teams (Europe, U.S., Asia, MEA, AUNZ), agency partners, and cross-functional groups. Act as a strategic advisor, offering data-driven solutions tailored to regional needs while upholding global standards. Partner with leadership and internal clients to drive innovation, resolve challenges, and influence strategic decisions that contribute to business growth.
- Operational Excellence & Governance Design, implement, and manage scalable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency, campaign quality, and consistency. Enforce compliance with global taxonomy, quality assurance, and platform governance standards. Analyze operational data and feedback to identify improvement areas, ensure process adherence, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts responsible for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture. Ensure efficient team resourcing, continuous skills development, and alignment with organizational objectives through regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Innovation, Automation & Business Growth Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets. Collaborate with directors and senior leadership to develop compelling discussions for onboarding new scopes of work. Champion the adoption of internal and external automation tools and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and future-proof activation capabilities.
- Coordination with internal team to overall smooth running for operations.
Skills And Experience

- Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Any stream
- 8+ year's professional experience in digital media execution
- You are an expert & executed on respective channel platforms
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Working knowledge in HubSpot, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, or third-party tools like Dataroma, Google Studio is an added advantage
- Experience managing multi-location media activation teams.
- Experience training and maintaining quality standards at scale.
- Experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location.
- Passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess a solution-oriented mindset and analytical skillset.
- Proactive, display exemplary leadership with a positive go-getter attitude.
