Associate Delivery Manager
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects across multiple product teams. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to monitor execution, resolve roadblocks, and drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Achieve
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Associate Delivery Manager (ADM)
to support end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sprint execution, maintaining delivery health metrics, and improving processes that enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. You’ll help translate product roadmaps into actionable plans and track delivery timelines from ideation to release.
You Will
- Coordinate and track delivery across multiple product and engineering teams.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in Jira or similar tools.
- Monitor delivery health metrics such as sprint velocity, bug closure rate, and release timelines.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve them proactively.
- Ensure alignment between product goals, technical priorities, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and sprint efficiency.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or delivery management within a product or tech organization.
- Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence for product tracking and delivery health reporting.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
