Associate Delivery Manager

Role Overview: Beghou Consulting, a trusted advisor to life science firms for over 30 years, is looking for a seasoned Associate Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for the Mainsail commercial excellence platform. This role requires overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Own the delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through release across Mainsail modules (CRM, IC, forecasting, reporting, mobile, etc). - Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal delivery, and engineering teams. - Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for all active delivery projects. - Translate client business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with Mainsail's configurable architecture. - Drive the adoption of tools and best practices for project tracking. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements typical in life sciences. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years in technical delivery or software development, with at least 2-3 years as a Delivery Manager or equivalent. - Strong background in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server). - Experience in SaaS product delivery, ideally in the life sciences or healthcare domain. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
